• Quality Control: Quality is our top priority. We ensure each letter is clear and big enough for easy reading. You will feel the value of the ring not only from the substantial silver/gold weight, but also the precision to details, shiny stones, lustrous plating and clear letters/vectors.
• Change & Cancellation: The product is personalized therefore cannot be resold. Once we start to make the ring there is no way to recover the cost. Upon receiving the 3D mock up, please reply to us in 24 hours for approval or request changes.
• Customer Support: Please contact us through Amazon Messages if you find anything wrong with your ring or simple reply to the message where you receive the 3D mock up. We will fix it or work out a solution that favors you the most.
• Gift Wrap: Each ring/jewelry is carefully packed in an elegant jewelry box, paired with a jewelry care kit, a golden ribbon, and a gift bag that fit the graduation theme.
• Original Designs: Each style is created by Jour Nouveau Jewelry designers and only available from Jour Nouveau Jewelry stores. We prohibit any counterfeits and intellectual property infringement with legal measures.
